have found a new territory.
After its debut album Open Jail released one year ago and several tours across Europe supporting Blood Red Shoes in 2008 and then headlining in 2009, the band is coming back with a brand new single, Territory, the first of a serial that will lead to a new album next year.
The French guys who played great venues like London’s Astoria, Berlin’s Lido or La Maroquinerie in Paris came back home to compose and record.The result is a dark march, hypnotic and solemn, dancing oriental sounds and pure rocknroll spirit!
Times of financial madness, flu fears and global apathy … talking about territory seems appropriate. Where is the frontier? Geographic – Physical – Intimate.

Today the american “chill wave” (Surf/Garage/Pop) band REAL ESTATE goes on tour. The first show will be tonight at Grüner Jaeger in Hamburg. Doors at 9 pm.

LAPKO returns to germany
Lapko will celebrate the birth of their fourth album by touring Germany in March 2010. The yet untitled album will come out in Germany via Fullsteam Records / PIAS in March 2010.
Lapko’s new single “I Shot The Sheriff” is now streaming on the band’s MySpace site.
